Back in Summer 2020, I did Sohr Khai like 30-50 times without dropping it once. Now I just came back, did the dungeon 3 times, and dropped it. They really buffed the drop rate, eh?

DO NOT play the Master Mogzin for this card. Just do Sohr Khai. My girlfriend got it on her 3rd run, and I got it on my 10th or so. I accumulated over 75 Good King Moggle Mog XII cards, 15 Darkscale cards, and Kal Myhk cards from Master Mogzin but never once saw him drop this card.
