Took 60 tries using the all-Scions strategy mentioned on Vorsaile's page. Got 8 Ramuhs, 4 P&Y, and 8 Moggle Mogs before I got Kan-E on the 60th win. The all-Scions strategy means you will almost never lose, only win or draw

217 packs. I've got 4 Zidane Tribals, 2 Warrior of Light, 8 Rahubaans, and beat Vorsaile over 200 times. I'm pretty sure this card is a myth. Can't confirm, but it is 1000% a bullshit drop rate.
