Arsieu in Gangos. Five wins to get both Dawon and Adrammelech. His deck includes Adrammelech, Dawon, Rofocale, Armored Weapon, Argath Thadalfus, Ultima the High Seraph The rules are Plus and Ascension, but he has only two Garlean cards, the rest is without type - make a full deck of any other type and you'll win easily.

NPC Arsieu in Gangos after completing the level 10 quest in Bosjan southern front (completing the Castrum). 5w/0L/)D to get the card. Plus and Ascension. This card drops more often than the other. I got 4 of these cards in 30 games only 1 of the other card the NPC drops.
