You can tell who hasn't been playing the game since near the beginning. There used to be 3 cards only available during Make it Rain that you could later buy with MGP. Quit clutching your pearls.

The make it rain campaign for 2025 has been announced on the Lodestone and the card is confirmed as a reward for completing the event.

According to information on the internet this card would be linked to a quest for the MAKE IT RAIN Campaign of 2025. Hatching-tide should arrive first during April, then Make It Rain Campaign between May and June.
