Use Ixal, Moogle, Kobold, and Amal'jaa for the main deck, 5th card is up to you, Namazu if you win it before Gold. Pretty much those 4 cards will carry you through the whole match.

Using a reverse deck thats very bottom-right powerful. Gaelicat, Tonberry, Wanyudo, and Karakui. Breaks him down as the game goes on pretty steadily.

Only difficulty comes from the 'plus' rule which, as usual, cheats you out of win, especially if he gets the last card.
