1 Loss/4 Draw/3 Win - Used a "Reverse" deck that works well against the "Plus" factor most of the time: "Gaelicat", "Amalj'aa", "Bomb", "Ahriman", & "Tonberry". Most of the time these cards also prevent Ghasa from pulling the "Plus" and grabbing your lower cards, and half the time he won't flip a 1-side. Mix and match to your preference!

Took 4 wins to get Hippo Cart card! Upon completing Leader to Leader, you'll be Rank 7 (Sworn) with the Arkasodara. Match fee is 15 MGP, winning earns you 25 MGP. Losing gets you 3 MGP. I'll have to revisit to try for a Draw - had a Sudden Death regional rule which made it impossible today haha!
