Not sure how to add to the tip section but the general strategy for her Fallen Ace/Chaos rule set and deck is: bring cards that have a 1 facing her aces to take advantage of the Fallen Ace rule. Don't bring Ace's that let her do it to you. Bring Aces that are opposite hers and not susceptible. As you get used to her playing, you learn to take up the spots she prefers to put her Aces, leaving them exposed. I beat her consistently with the following deck: Hraesvelger, Ultima Weapon, Y'shtola, Urianger, Ifrit

Noticed I didn't have the Bartz card after all these years, so I used: The Griffin, Ysayle, Asahi sas Brutus, Odin, and Therion. Basically, a lot of 8-sided corner cards with 1's (for Fallen Ace), with Therion as a trump card. Won 70% of games with occasional draws and some inevitable chaotic losses. Got the Bartz card along with 3x Onion Knights and 3x Terra cards after about 25 games.

Been at her for a couple days now and Bartz WILL NOT DROP! Its frustrating. I have 4 Tera and 2 onion knight on me. I fought her before for Tera but ended up getting Tera from the other option. So I can bring that couple days to about a week all told. I'm getting so frustrated. Chaos sucks but the deck in using is Hilda, Magus Sisters, Hancock, and Squall.

TiP : Fallen Ace Focused. Deck used Heavensward Thancred [152] | Kan-E-Senna [66] | The Griffin [163] | Y'shtola [49] | Haurchefant [82] The key is focus on Fallen Ace only hard part is Chaos but often times you will get the win. Win Ratio for me was 64% and Draw @ 24% and Loses @ 11% based on the numbers below period of time put together oover a period of time equalling about 10 hours. Its not 100% accurate but pretty close, as I had to rely on Logs over a period of time. After about 1800 Matches this is as follows (W:1,165 D:435 L:199) [73]:Terra Branford => 107(9%) [70]:Onion Knight => 125(11%) [72]:Bartz Klauser => 139(12%).

W: 17 D: 23 L: 20 Ended up getting 1 Onion Knight and 1 Bartz. I will say that the deck that a few others suggested definitely helped when I switched to it. My win ratio jumped significantly with the switch. (Y'shtola, Nero Tol Scaeva, The Griffin, Kan-E-Senna and Ramuh) She will ALWAYS have Terra and Onion Knight so plan your card placements accordingly as best you can with Chaos and try to ensure you capitalize Fallen Ace. Keep your cards as protected as possible in the meantime (Try not to open them up to a flip unless you know you can bait and flip and that will let you win. If she Uses Cloud sometimes it gets messy but just keep at it!

I think they might've increased the drop rates here or I had the greatest RNG run. ~30 wins, 4 bartz, 2 onion knight, 2 terra. Maybe letting us use a 4* is just leading to more wins, and more drop opportunities, but the drop-rates in posts from the past couple months seem wayyyy higher than previously.

With the new rules, she's incredibly easy and honestly a decent source of farming MGP. Anecdotally, she also dropped all 3 cards within 15 wins (including 2 Bartz and 2 Terra), so, yay. Kan-E-Senna, Y'shtola, Nero tol Scaeva, The Griffin, Ramuh. Take advantage of Fallen Ace, grab cards when you can, should be easy. Worst case scenario, you'll draw and get 72 MGP

There are a few tricks here. Because Lewena will always, always use the Onion Knight and Terra, it's imperative that any player make use of the Fallen Ace to capture those. Next, because the rest of her cards are 3* or 4* with varying weak spots, try to focus your deck such that the strong spots on the 3* focus on the west side. Finally, I _highly_ suggest just giving Lewena a miss after the initial victory. Don't grind against her -- instead, do those dungeons time and again, and grind up the MGP. She is an enormously frustrating opponent, and while not as bad as she was in the past (with the Random rule!), she'll still wipe you out seven times out of ten.

Still useful to farm GPs in down times. Variants of cards proposed under are good (didn't have The Griffin and used Hilda instead with success).

Probably won 250+ times: 1 Terra, 5 Onion Knights, 0 Bartz - her drop rates are predictably awful. Kan-E-Senna, The Griffin, Nero tol Scaeva, Haurchefant, Y'shtola Every card you have can potentially utilize Fallen Ace. Always take a card if you can (with the exception of Kan-E-Senna, her bottom and left side should never be exposed, ensuring she can't be taken), otherwise put them in a corner protecting their weakest sides. This will win the majority of your matches. The only times you'll run into trouble are bad Chaos draws, and games where she plays Cloud.

I've probably played Lewena about 350-400 games now. I win about 55-60% of those matches, then draw about 25% of the time. I have never seen a card... ever. I don't know if I am bugged or insanely unlucky, but she just doesn't fork over the prizes for me. The key to beating her is threefold: 1) you need to understand the fallen ace mechanic and utilize it to break her cheating deck. To do this, I run with Raubahn, The Griffin, Urianger, Y'shtola, and Lyna - a wonderful blend of very lopsided cards that give you a ton of opportunities to flip her aces. 2) you need to be aggressive and keep her on her toes. It is better to make a less-than-awesome move and force her to react to your card count advantage, than to play passively and hope that chaos rewards you with a single majestic flip. And finally 3) when she plays all three over her 5-star cards in one game, the best you are generally going to manage is a draw... and you need to roll with those punches.

@Pappy, below: I agree in so far as this is not the place to get these cards (i.e. beating Lewana). I do, however, object that she is not worth your time. If you're in the Saucer waiting for ANYTHING to queue, play a hand. A loss is -13 MGP vs. a +32 for a DRAW and +142 for a win. Plus she's amusing; and you never know when some random 2k card will drop! I am quite fond of her.

I just wanted to come here to confirm what Tristan said beneath me. I've been grinding her out for the past 5 days trying to get all 3 cards. It IS possible, but they all have a roughly 0.03% drop chance. Bartz DOES NOT have a 14.29% chance like this web page states. That percentage was derived from his drop chance in Battle in the Big Keep. Unless you are extraordinarily stubborn like me, get Terra from the Hall Overseer, Onion Knight from The World of Darkness, and Bartz from Battle in the Big Keep. She is not worth your time.

I was very much of the opinion she no longer dropped cards - I would play for fun to waste time waiting for things to queue as a loss and a draw balance one another out MGP-wise, and she pays out well for a win. Then win 58 and she drops a Terra on me. It was kind of an amusing surprise (I have all of her cards already). So yes, still drops, and yes, still a low drop rate (what do you want for 3 platinum cards?).

I run Kan-E-Senna, The Griffin, Griffin, Urianger and Roundrox. The trick is to learn which cards counters her 5* cards via Fallen Ace. It has around 80% winning rate and I have won 3x Onion Knight, 2x Terra and 1x Bart from her. Just wanted the Bart which I eventually got from her. Kan-E-Senna bottom 1 counters Terra upper A and provides solid defense. The Griffin counters Terra right A with his left 1. Urianger and Griffin counters Onion Knight left A with their right 1. As for Lewena's Cloud, it is hard to deal with. You have Kan-E-Senna to counter his Cloud if she is not already occupied with Terra. Her other cards are much more manageable with Odin being potentially disrupting. As long as you play with the 8s facing outwards Odin will not be too much a threat.

I destroyed her snatching all her cards with this deck; Asahi, Hilda, Ysayle, Y'shtola & Kan-E-Senna. With this deck I was able to get a pretty solid win rate and more draws than losses. Go for it fellow card enthusiasts, right now with the Make it Rain campaign going on you profit even from losing to Rowena. Go go go! Destroy her

Ysayle, Noctis, Nero, Y'shtola, and Lucia deck gives you a 50/50 chance. Still takes a while to farm a single card. I got an Onion Knight and Terra card after maybe 8 or 9 hours.

Ok, that is in fact more fun than it looks. I was never able to achieve insane win rate. Sometimes you can win like 4 in a row or 6 our of 7 games, but Chaos rule is Chaos rule. I was somewhat consistent with avg 6-7 wins within 10 minutes. I lost the count on the number of games. The grand total - 3 Terra, 2 Onion, 1 Bartz; and Bartz was the last one as you imagine. I have no clue if that is right, and almost guaranteed that its not, but I was intentionally not selling the 3rd Terra and the 2nd Onion. You can call it b*** or a mistery, but I am done with her. Also a tip - right now as I post and as I was attacking her is Make It Rain campaign, which in her part means that you never loose mgp, with loss being 41 (40 is entry - loss is still 1 mgp gain), draw 108 and win 273. Took like for someone else in the comments about 3 days to make it happen. Maybe 4. During Make It Rain campaign if you farm MGP in Saucer and you don't have a good chocobo - worth farming regardless of cards

Tried playing around with her tonight, eventually put together a deck that got me a W/D/L of 38/60/2 in 100 matches, to my delight. Noctis / Nero / Livia / Ifrit / Urianger. Play defensively. Take advantage of Fallen Ace immediately if an opportunity presents itself, otherwise just keep your low sides covered. Don't go for a flip if it'll leave your low sides exposed. With some patience and a bit of RNG luck you'll have a decent amount of wins under your belt, at the very least you'll draw instead of lose to keep your MGP.

Fallen Ace is in force when facing Lewena, so remember to choose your deck with a few '1's in it; specifically, 1s that face left, right and up. Lewena also uses cards with 1s, but if you choose a 5 star card with an A directly facing right, that card should be safe.

It's Chaos order and Fallen Ace, so a solid deck of three stars with 1's as their low side numbers being helpful, and you can beat her most of the time.

Played maybe 50 games against her. Won 15 of them. Very difficult. Dropped 1 Onion. 3 Terras. 1 Bartz. It's possible. Just stay with it. Took me several days. I used cards with 1 to take advantage of fallen. Ysayle and Y'shtola to counter Terra. Urianger to counter Onion Knight. Hilda as the best top right 8/8 corner play. Dont use a 4 or 5 star with an A at the top if possible, she has many cards with at the bottom. Good luck.

Roughly 3/5 as well with MSQ L40ish farmable cards: Kan-E-Senna, Y'shtola, Urianger, Colibri, Gaelicat. 5 and 3*s start in their 'normal' corner, Colibri/Gaelicat goes in the middle if you have to start with it. She can't take your Kan-E if she's in the correct corner, and each of your cards can take either Terra or Onion Knight via Fallen Ace.

Chaos rule is broken, everytime i must play my cards in a way so they are of no use -.-, if you get some good cards for ones, i can never use them to switch her cards, its like they know at the start of each game in what order i will get to play my cards

There's a lot of RNG involved in this NPC due to the cards YOU will be given. Try and force her to bait her cards so that their BOTTOM/LEFT side is exposed. Most of the numbers on the left or bottom seem to be her weakest for a large part of her deck.

I'm finding it helps to put your cards on top right to bait her. Weakness looks to be mostly bottom and right side of her cards.

Is there a trick to beating her? with the stack of cards at her disposal, and the RNG giving me my worst cards in almost every match, It seems nigh impossible.
