Welcome to FF14, the game make rules and don't respect it, that's part of the long list of things anoying me, alongside with dialogue asking you to chose between to response having the exact same sens and taking damage while outside AoE ^^

My big tip for this one is to use a deck with the same 5 types. I made a deck with 5 Primal-typed cards and it's nearly impossible to lose when you have all cards +5. Also, 2 wins 1 Frixio.
