If you have completed "Where shadows Reign" (The Dun scaith raid) you need to go back to the Churning Mists and enter the Parrock located at 7.0, 6.9 (a hidden zone of the map that does not appear on the main map) to see the quest marker for "A Redbill farewell" which you need to complete in order to unlock the NPC in idyllshire.

13 Wins, 0 Draws, 1 Loss - 4 Ferdiad, 2 Echidna, 2 Calofisteri, 1 Diabolos Hollow // I used Hilda, Arenvald Lentinus, Qitian Dasheng, Oracle of Light, and Raubahn & Pipin. The strat was just agressive cornering. This NPC isn't too bright and passes on pretty free moves. Also, his deck is bottom heavy, so fill top and mid first.

Didn't end up having to play many games before I got the echidna card I needed, but consistently won with Terra Branford, Cid Garlond, Hilda, Lucia goe Junius, and Roundrox. Always played the patient game covering weak points rather than baiting; eventually you'll be able to capture one of his exposed cards.

Strongest deck I had against him was Lucia, The Griffin, Hilda, Ysayle, and Ardbert. Ardbert works better than Therion here because the Storeboy's topside is weaker than his bottomside. Had about a 95% win rate, got 2 Calofisteri within 10 wins and then nothing for another 2 hours except for 1 Echidna. The next day I tried again and got DH in 5 wins.

Best Card Combo I got was: Terra, Lucia, Asahi, Roundrox, Hilda. Suffocate the right side of the board to neutralize Diabolos 9L, and Terra can clean up late or if you get her early she's a good hold in bottom left.

Every card including Diabolos Hollow dropped from him, though mostly Ferdiad cards. Echidna was last. I used my usual Chaosrule deck with Therion, Lyna, Hilda, Ysayle and Roundrox. Play from Top to Bottom and you will spit on the random rule as this NPCs weak side is definitely the top side.

Near 99% win rate, 1% draw rate, 0% loss rate using Onion Knight, Lucia, Asahi, Roundrox, and Hilda. I've played this NPC for an hour a day for about 5 days now. I got Calofisteri 5 times, Feridiad 1 time. I got Diablos Hollow out of the raid, never from him. Still need Echidna.

Shame one of the easy to beat AI's has cards that are so easy to get in PvE. I resorted to the Alliance Raids after not getting any drops after numerous wins.

for a 50/50 Chance for 1 Calio in 134 Wins. Gives 0.52% Droprate. But no one knows how lucky u got. Example at 300 wins i have not seen a single Diabolos. And he is not the only NPC were pRNG Hits Some Player hard.

Strats after Stats: if you use the corner 8 3* cards (Asahi/Lucia, Griffin/Estinien/Phoebad, Hilda, Ysayle), the only threat you'll face will be Diabolos Hollow's Left 9. As such, you should pick a 5* card with a Right A to ensure resisting/taking it. Kan-E-Senna is an excellent choice as she can take his entire deck with her Right A and with her Top 9, and only Calofisteri can beat her Left 7, she can take all the other cards.
