To start the custom delivery quest chain to get this card go to The Crystarium (X:9.3, Y:11.3) and talk to the "Supplicant Sheep" and pick up the quest titled "That's So Anden".

For confused players like myself: If you don't see it available. Its because its hidden behind a custom deliveries quest line. Lv. 80 Every Anden of the Rainbow. Il Mheg - Timh Gyeus - Lydha Lran (x:16.7, y:33.9)

I'm stumped on this one. All other cards got. Max fate rank. Some of these comments say rank 1 with the fairies beast tribe, nearly finished that. Still not in the gemstone NPC inventory to buy. Not sure what else to try.

@Genboredom - the last npc you need is probably one of the ARR beast tribes, if you dont rep it up you wont see it, mine was Ixal when i was 106/107.

Confirmed. Got mine finally from Sul Lad (Il Mheg, X:16.4, Y:30.8) for 60 bicolored gemstones after finishing the Anden quests and got max reputation with him.

Hopefully he becomes an NPC you can challenge upon reaching max satisfaction because I’m at 106/107 NPCs for Triple Team VIII.

Odds are this is somehow connected with the new Custom Delivery in Il Meg. The character that accepts the deliveries is the one on the card. I bet that once you rank him up in a few weeks it will unlock the card somewhere in there.
