I've leveled 7 classes 83-90 running only Tower of Babil, as well as another 50+ runs on already maxed classes. I think I'm approaching 200 runs total with no card to show for it. If complaining doesn't work I'm almost to the point where I'll just delete my character and start over.

Card dropped on clear 4 or 5 for me. Music, too. Wasn't keeping strict count, but only did Babil for MSQ, got it 1-2 times in Leveling Roulette, and then did 1-2 Trust runs.
