I should have waited to open all 30 pack before posting. Turns out I ended up with TWO Armored Weapon cards out of the 30 packs. Perhaps they increased the drop rate? Only had three each of the 3-star cards. It was mostly the 2-star cards that dropped.

Having read the comments, I bought 30 Imperial Packs just to get started on my hunt for the Armored Weapon then got it on the 6th pack! Seems that is well above average luck. Just letting you know it can happen.
