I think it requires beating 6.0 to show because I've beaten Chi multiple times and have max shared fate without it being in the vendor.

You do not need to have beaten or even seen Chi for this card to be bought. The only requirement is the Shared FATE Rank

Rank 3 + I've beaten Chi and the card was there. Not sure if you have to beat Chi to see it.

Does this only show up once you’ve completed the respective Boss FATE or is it based on your Shared FATE level because this card isn’t showing up at the Gemstone Trader.
