Along with being the last card I need, it appears you also get Ehll Tou as a mount when you unlock the ability to buy this card. So for players in the position I am where this is the last card needed for the TT mount, you get 2 mounts here for finishing this rank 5 reputation! :)

You need max rank with Ehll Tou and to do the two blue quests that follow from him and the guy next to him, then you can buy the card for 500 scrips from Enie.

@Lolhssan I kind of agree but collecting triple triad cards was always like this. Crafting was more interesting to me than Eureka and I still ended up doing the whole thing for cards..

This is by far the least fun card available to obtain. If you just enjoy collecting and playing triple triad. Too bad. You need to have at least a lvl 70 crafter/gatherer, have firmament unlocked, complete all the firmament side quests, complete Ehll Tou unlock side quest. Do weekly collectable turn ins and get max rank with Ehll Tou, get 500 firmament scrips and then you can buy the card. I prefer 1% chance of getting cards out of wins against NPC or packs at the saucer

Buyable for 500 Skybuilders scripts from Enie (11.9, 14.0) Firmament. Others have noted you need rank with Ehi Tou, but unsure of how much, as I'm at max.

You also have to have max rank with Ehil Tou in order to be able to purchase this.
