Drop rate from the npc has definitely improved with 5.5: 8 wins and got 1 hiruko (and 2 hanamotos and 3 wanyudos)

78 wins, 7 draws, 1 loss. I finally got the drop after all that. Only other card that dropped during that was 1 wanyudo & katasharin card.
