Around 30 runs of normal without it dropping, and 21 runs of extreme before it dropped. This card was by far the worst one I've experienced, but don't give up! It does exist!

I can confirm, this card drops from the Extreme version of the trial, as well! I only did 2 max runs of the normal trial (once for MSQ, possibly also got it in a roulette?) and did not have the card. I have 17 EX clears so far, and got the card in the first half of those! No extras yet, tho.
