Mosslings are highly active when moisture is abundant, but exhibit a tendency to huddle together in damp clumps when dry weather threatens, presumably in an effort to prevent unwanted evaporation.

This card did not show up at the trader until I started Stormblood and entered the zone the monster is in. (The Fringes)
