NPC that MOST LIKELY has this card called Yusui, Located in the Ruby Sea (X30.5 Y37.1), had Plus as a personal rule and used these cards: Tansui ,Rasho, Memeroon, Hoary Boulder & Coultenet, Vedrfolnir, Rhitahtyn sas Arvina. Beat him 40ish times, will come back later to ratify that he drops Tansui
