Yet over time, the terror in which people held her shifted to reverence, and by a process not unlike the prayer-fueled creation of a primal, this worship quickened within Ultima a sense of self-awareness.

Whew. It didn't drop during the raid, but did unlock the NPC! So, after (ugh) 9 wins, 4 losses, and 3 draws (math!...i hate math!), I got the card! ONWARD!

it took me 4 nonstop hours of beating this god forsaken npc to finally get the card drop. I stopped counting how many wins I had after 150. ANGRY.
