Best NPC i found by far for that is Vath Deftarm if you have it unlocked (might need Vath Beast Tribe maxed). He has only 1 ROulette as modifier, so it is easy to adjust to, and he doesn't have the best cards ever. My Team which is a little bit special as optimal team (no A) is: Griffin, Aymeric, Forchenault Leveilleur, Ardbert, Asahi. On a Good day you'll win 90%, on a bad day 80%

Officially beat all 107 NPCs with 199/300 roulette wins, so don't be surprised if you still have to farm these.

Yayake is obnoxious to fight most of the time, due to her Chaos rule. But on days when Reverse is in play, she's usually a sap. Even easier: wait for Roulette to be a daily on some region and go find a weak opponent, like Wymond.

Yayake in Uldah - Thaumaturge's Guild - Reverse, Chaos, Routette She doesn't have a strong deck for Reverse so if you bring a reverse deck, she is extremely easy to beat!

If you have strong cards, another decent option is Vath Deftarm (The Dravanian Forelands (23, 19)). You only have to deal with the one roulette rule. Was getting almost all wins with a standard 8 corner deck.

You can also grind this out with just NPCs - Hargra in Rak'tika is the easiest NPC to do this with. Sometimes you'll get Reverse though, in which case it sucks but it is what it is.

You can grind this out with a friend. If they want the card too, just take turns using good/bad decks and beating each other at Roulette matches.
