Got the card after a single win. Interestingly enough, I felt bad for the NPC due to the "wanting to learn" angle, so I intentionally used my reverse deck to let him win. Interestingly, the AI doesn't even try - often avoiding your cards altogether or playing 1's into your 2's, even when they have ample opportunities to take cards. A nice touch considering the dialogue.

20W, and nothing. Then I recalled this NPC's dialogue on how he(?) is new to the game and needs help learning how to play. So, I then decided to purposefully lose one game, to get his confidence up and whatnot. On the 21st win I would get the card drop.
