I can verify that it drops from Castrum Fluminis on the Story mode non-EX fight, finally got it tonight.

So has anyone seen this drop from the Castrum confirmed? I'm pushing 40 fights, and no drop. Probably bad RNG but I would like to know its actually a possible drop.
