..........same anon here, back again. Can confirm she does drop from Gold packs. This game is mocking me, I farmed Merlwyb for MONTHS. Bought tons of Gold packs and farmed the three Limsa NPCs. It dropped out of a pack not five minutes after I got it from Mordyn. https://imgur.com/OU784ZL

Okay, I'm the same anon from 9th of January 2021. After farming all three Limsa NPCs I finally got this card from Mordyn. At least 40 wins from O'kalkaya (I got the Vaan card for winning 300 roulette matches before I got this card...) 87 wins from R'ashaht, and 124 wins from Mordyn.
