Duel available at "Bloodsworn" (Reputation 8). If you're hitting the Mogsworn early and are low on cards, it's recommended you try at least with the Primal cards such as Ifrit, Ramuh, Leviathan [et cetera] with other cards that can take advantage of "Plus" or "Same" (preferably the "Plus").

i didn't keep track of how many times i fought the fuzzy little bastard yesterday but i got 28 GKMMs, 3 Hraesvelgrs and 3 Darkscales by the time i got this little guy. and that's not counting however many times i tried before. card's cursed

So i guess Master Mogzin will play at Rank 8, even though we already have an option to challenge him? (i mean there is an option to challenge him, but he won't play, saying that he's very busy with restoration of Zenith).

Master Mogzin has the option to play Triple Triad, so it's more than likely him after Rank 8.
