Drop rate is absolutely around 20%, had around 23 drops in 100 kills

Drop rate is not around 25%. Some have better luck than others but I’m in the group of 10+ clears with no drop. It’s not savage content. Closer to extreme. Resurrection restriction is the only hang up but the mechanics are not that bad once you have seen them a few times and dps checks aren’t really a thing if nobody dies.

Like in eureka/bozja they usually add alternative methods to get the card when all the content is out, so they probably will here as well

2 kills 1 drop. Card drops from boss chest, not on boss kill. Make sure to open and pray.

In case it wasn't clear, it drops from the final boss of the forked tower: blood, which you get access to upon completing the story quest of occult crescent south horn. Drop rate is around 25%
