According to the 7.15 patch notes (https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/topics/detail/864c7e51128b7a1dced4e193dcaefe7891620f8d), this card should now drop from the EX trial.

FFXIV wiki shows "[Card Name] (Drops at a fixed drop rate), for all ex trials, including the other DT Ex, such as EX2; https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Everkeep_(Extreme) However, the DT EX3 page does not list the TT Card anywhere in the loot table... https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/The_Minstrel%27s_Ballad:_Sphene%27s_Burden I guess we can surmise it just doesn't exist in the EX3 loot drop at all.

Several hundred combined reports of EX runs, both here and elsewhere, and not a SINGLE person has seen it drop in EX. Time to grind Sphene Normal I guess!

I've got the wings and all weapons before this card... Reading the comments here, i am IMMEDIATELY ready to belive that it does not actually drop from EX, cuz this drop rate is crazy

bug report got flaged as "working as intended" so it will only drop in normal mode not ex as of right now

Can confirm the card drops in normal mode after patch 7.1. Have not seen it drop from EX after 23 clears or from anyone else I asked.

guys i asked a friend who did around 120 kills of the ex he said not 1 card drop so its either bugged or it doesnt drop from the ex. i already made buf report on the forums if it is bugged

After almost 40 runs in the ex trial, I believe the card is maybe supposed to drop but maybe buggy like Eden Utopia back then? Because not one single one dropped.
