After about 10 to 15 matches, I still don't have the card. She is ridiculously easy to beat with a good deck though. Mine is The Griffin(1848), Phlegethon(7161), Tioman(7185), Ferdiad(4486), and Terra Branford(5A2A).

Nevermind, it appears that if you're in the midst of the MSQ "A Good Samurai Is Hard To Find" then during the quest there is no way to interact with her.

For some odd reason I was able to challenge her as soon as I got to Kuragane. I see there is a quest requirement and I don't have it done. However, now that I've done a bit more MSQ in Kuragane (including showing a certain document to Kotokaze), I either found she has a window that ends mid hour or I've somehow lost the ability to challenge her. Weird on both accounts.
